MoRENet established in March and May 2019 links to the Agha Khan Academy and the Acacias Secondary School respectively. From the moment these connections were made, these institutions became part of the Network of Higher Education and Research Institutions of Mozambique, where, in addition to the connectivity service, they could access and benefit from all value-added services offered exclusively to the national academic and scientific community.

 In this way, MoRENet is moving towards fulfilling its mission of integrating national institutions of higher education, vocational technical education, and research into a national network of high-speed data communication, providing quality services with economic, technological sustainability in order to establish itself as a fundamental partner in the development of the Mozambican academic community.
