Began on May 20 the training in Architecture and TCP-IP network protocol. This training is taking place in the facilities of the Ministry of Science Technology Higher Education and Professional Technician (MCTESTP) in Maputo. The course involved IT Technicians and the focal points responsible for the management of the IT network of several institutions linked to the MoRENet network from different points in Mozambique. are the target of this training and in turn constitute the group of participants of this training.

 The opening ceremony of this event was attended by the Executive Director of MoRENet, who stated that he spoke a few words and presented the reasons that led MoRENet to design this course, in order to train IT managers. that after noting the difficulties of the institutions linked to MoRENet in managing their networks effectively, this course was made available in order to improve their capacity.

 The MoRENet Network has as one of its missions to be a fundamental partner in the development of the Mozambican academic community and it is in this ambit that MoRENet through the recently created MoRENet Academy has been promoting various areas of action to improve the technical capacity of its employees and employees of the institutions linked to its network in order to strengthen and promote the development of more competent technicians to manage the network in the various educational and research institutions of the country. MoRENet Academy through the training in Architecture and protocol of TCP / IP networks train ICT professionals and network infrastructure managers of the institutions that benefit from the services of MoRENet and its partners in order to develop capacities for configure, manage and administer their computer networks.
